Palace Ripened Pu’erh Brick Tea 2007 Series

I took more time on this series than any other so far. New to brewing and drinking pu’erh tea, it took me more than one try to get it right and the number of infusions you can get out of one batch of tea leaves is substantial. I’ve a growing appreciation for pu’erh and find that they are an excellent tea to pair with rich foods. I’ll be experimenting more with this in the future.

The Tea used in this series was purchased from Teavivre and excellent tea.

So I did something different for the banner this time and wanted to show you the image I started with. It’s the only one in this series that I used it for. It’s also my favorite tea Jian wear teacup at the moment (you can get your via my Amazon Affiliate Link). The second image was used for all the following pieces in this series. I hope you like them.

I think this is one of my best series.
